"We stay this accommodation with 4 Families with small children (3 to 10 years old). The owner is very kind. We arrived 30 min. Before check-in time, but he allowed us early check-in. Big play ground near the Haus that he recommend us was very good, The terrace where we enjoyed BBQ dinner is wide enough. Our children liked small adventure to the fire pit in the forest behind of the haus. You can also enjoy the view of Breuburg castle. Though we stay there for 12 person, as there are toilets...

"Kinder sollten nicht im pool spielen da sich nachbaran beschweren bei der eigentümerin obwohl es auserhalb der ruhezeiten war jeden tag werden Pakete von der Eigentümerin vor das Ferienhaus geliefert jeden tag wird rasengemäht von den nachbarn "

"Wir hatten ein nettes Wochenende in der wirklich hübschen Wohnung. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Sabine ist eine nette Gastgeberin, die wir bei einem Gespräch im Hof auch kennenlernen durften. Gerne wieder...."

"Es war alles vorhanden. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Herrliche Lage der gesamte Spessart. Im Gegensatz zum Vermieter gab es aber auch unfreundliche Menschen. Das haben wir schon anders in halt anderen Gegenden erlebt. Ansonsten gerne wieder."
