Das kleine Ferienhaus ist ideal zum erholen und abschalten. Kontaktperson sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein.Empfehlung kleines Auto oder Roller mieten.

Eines der schönsten und idyllisch gelegensten Ferienhäuser, die wir je gebucht hatten! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat an nichts gefehlt, auch die Betreuung war klasse :-) wir waren am letzten Tag sehr traurig, Abschied nehmen zu müssen. Mein Mann und ich können dieses Feriendomizil nur weiterempfehlen!

Traumhaft!

Wir haben zu Dritt eine wunderbare Zeit in dem Häuschen verbracht und wären gerne länger geblieben. Die Lage inmitten eines Olivenhains und die herrliche Aussicht waren traumhaft! Von der Schlüsselübergabe bis zur Ausstattung war alles tadelos.

Alles in Ordnung aber nicht mehr

Die überschwänglichen Bewertungen sind nach unseren Urlaub nicht wirklich nachvollziehbar. Vorneweg, das Haus ist nett, der Meerblick wunderschön und alles in Ordnung. Aber einige Dinge rechtfertigen den aufgerufenen Preis des Hauses einfach nicht: 3 Liegen ohne Auflagen, 2 davon zerbrochen, Spinnweben und Staub im Haus, Internet nur zeitweise, Außenbereich insgesamt nicht gepflegt (einmal kärchern würde helfen), gelbe Flecken auf dem Ausziehsofa!!, einige Gegenstände einfach alt und kaputt.

Nettes Häuschen für den Urlaub zu zweit

Das Häuschen liegt ruhig abseits vom Touristenrummel im Ort und am Strand, sehr angenehm.Die Klimaanlage Note 1. Die Ausstattung ist absolut komplett, da fehlt es an nichts, Note 1, Sauberkeit Note 1 wenn man die Dusche ausnimmt für die gibt es eine 6! Zwei der 3 Liegen waren total verwittert und eingerissen, da wären Auflagen schön gewesen, Note 4. Die Betreuung durch E. - Schlüsselübergabe etc. - war vorbildlich, sehr hilfsbereit, Note 1 mit * Unter dem Strich: absolut empfehlenswert

Großartige Aussicht

Wir haben es genossen etwas außerhalb des Städtchens zu wohnen und dafür gerne die 30 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand in kauf genommen. Wir möchten gerne wieder kommen. Die Geckos an den Wänden beobachten, den Eidechsen beim Sonnenbaden zu sehen und und Nachts den Wildschweinen lauschen beim Durchwühlen des Olivenheines. Nicht zu vergessen die Zikaden! Die Betten waren super!

prima verblijf, zeer rustig gelegen, alles is voorzien en zeer schoon en goed onderhouden.WIFI werkt perfect.Alleen jammer dat de auto niet op de oprit kon (wegens te steil, bodem auto raakt grond)Afstand naar stadje en strand kan te voet langs trappen, alleen terugweg redelijk vermoeiend. Verder genoten van de rust. Reistips: Cinque Terre is gemakkelijk per trein te bereiken vanuit Moneglia, maar is naar mijn gevoel wat overroepen. Te veel massatoerisme en in alle vijf de dorpen dezelfde souvenirwinkels. Ligstoelen en parasol aan het strand waren duur. (25 euro/dag)

Das Haus liegt mit wunderschön...

Das Haus liegt mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf Olivenhaine, die umgebenden Hügel und das Meer. Die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Der Weg zu Fuß von Moneglia bis zum Haus ist über eine stufenreiche Treppe etwas anstrengend, aber machbar und hält fit. Reisetipps: Mit dem Zug vom Bahnhof in Moneglia erreicht man bequem lohneswerte Ziele entlang der gesamten ligurischen Küste. Start– und Zielpunkte von Wanderungen in den Cinque terre kann man damit wunderbar verbinden und leicht wieder nach Moneglia zurückkehren. Eigentlich kann das Auto den gesamten Urlaub stehen bleiben.

Entspanntes Erholen umgeben von Natur

Sehr netter, höflicher Vermieter. Beide, auch die Gattin, sprechen kein Deutsch und vor allem kein Englisch. Hilfreich wären somit Grundkenntnisse in italienisch. Kommunikation funktioniert aber auch so einwandfrei, wenn Sie nicht über Kenntnisse in der Landessprache verfügen. Keine direkten Nachbarn, oberhalb verläuft eine kleine Straße mit wenig Verkehr, von allen Seiten mit Olivenbäumen umgeben. Halbwegs freier Blick ins Tal nach Moneglia. Sonne von ca. 09.00 bis 18.30 h auf dem Grundstück. Umfangreiche Küchenausstattung. Stimmig möbliert, keine Resterampe. Bis 2 Personen auch ausreichend Liegen für außen, Feste Sitzgelegenheiten für bis zu 8 Personen um den Steintisch außen, innen mit Stühlen. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. 15 Min. Fußweg, die Hälfte über Treppen, nach Moneglia. Hinweise zum Parken: wenn Ihnen die Einfahrt auf das Grundstück zu eng ist oder die Bodenfreiheit wg stark abfallender Grundstückeinfahrt zu klein, können Sie kurz davor in einer kleinen Parkbucht (am besten ganz am Rand) parken. Wir empfehlen nicht die dem Haus nachfolgende Parkmöglichkeit zu nutzen, da anderes Privateigentum. Der Vermieter lässt freundlicher Weise Tiere zu. Er wäre nett für andere Mieter, wenn Sie Ihren Vierbeiner nicht auf vorhandenen Decken deren Platz zuweisen würden; schon grundsätzlich eigentlich selbsterklärlich, bringen Sie bitte Ihre eigenen Decken dafür mit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt dort.
