"This is a superb Gite which provided all the essentials to relax and enjoy our visit; including an extensive arrivals package. Both the Gite and garden are beautiful. The pool was large with extensive seating. The house was very comfortable and included air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Located just south of Bergerac town and the Dordogne it is ideally located to explore Saint-Emilion, Eymet, Issigeac, Monpazier, Molieres and beyond. "Wonderful place to stay with family.The pool and huge garden were great for the kids (well, for everyone really!).Lovely outdoor spaces and a great barbecue.Kitchen and dining area are large and very well equipped.Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable with nice towels and linens provided.Lounge area was large and comfortable - but all of the outdoor space is so lovely we hardly spent any time inside.Tracy is a great host - very helpful and easy to communicate with.Recommend Le Peyrat very very highly!"

"Lovely stay and sad to leave after a week. Well equipped (especially with kitchenware) and good facilities. Good water pressure for the showers and lots of fans for the hotter days. House felt spacious for our 2 families. Loved eating outside and utilising the games room, BBQ and of course the swimming pool! Everything was clean, tidy and well maintained. Really enjoyed the short walk downhill to the village restaurant. Beautiful surroundings and well connected for exploring Bergerac and the surrounding areas. Highly recommend a stay here! "
