Everyone was very nice and helpful in every aspect of our stay (shout out to Thierry for his care with our luggage, shuttle and car). The facility is top notch, well worth the money, you won’t be disappointed. Ski shop/rental was amazing every day and the lockers were so convenient. "Hôtel sympathique et typique savoyard. Appartement fonctionnel, spacieux et calme. A revoir la literie (matelas mousse qui s'affaisse) le linge est propre tout comme l'appartement par contre il y avait cette odeur de tabac froid pas terrible. Mais je n'hésiterais pas a revenir la prochaine fois. Je recommande tout de même puis le personnel est aussi sympathique."
