"I stayed here because there was a pool. When I arrived about 8 or 9pm there was a self-check-in at the gate. I was not sent a code, but a friend who spoke French called and got it for me. It was not sent through Hotels.com or by email. Without calling I would have not been able to stay here at all and would have been far from Agen with no room. It is VERY FAR from Agen, not in Agen as listed on the hotels.com site. The pool was covered for the night and opened at 8am the next morning. ...

"Nos 2 chambres facturées et payées lors de la réservation. 1 des 2 chambre nous a ete re facturée à notre arrivée , et nous avons dû ( alors que nous etions tres pressés) passer 1/2heure pour arriver a faire comprendre a la reception de nous rembourser !!!! . Beaucoup de bruit jusq 2h30dans les couloirs ( equipe de hand feminiine tres bruyante ) nous ne reviedronscPAS "
