"What a beautiful hotel! We loved how modern it was and the views from our rooms and garden. The staff were lovely and helpful, Breakfast was amazing - mostly self serve with lots of choices (bread, cheeses, meat, fruit, yogurt, cereal etc), and Elisa also brought us all kinds of other goodies like fresh melon, pineapple, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, plus fresh-squeezed OJ and coffee to order. "This place fit our needs and our budget for our travel through Milan. We intentionally looked for a place within a 10-15min drive from the central station. The host was helpful and kind enough to explain everything to us. We found free street parking out front. Shower pressure was amazing. We brought our own shampoo but there were little packets available for use too. We were grateful to have the A/C to help us fall asleep in this extremely hot August summer heat. "

"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"Beautiful property with a view of Lake Como! Very welcoming stay with a delicious breakfast served each morning. Management went out of their way to make us feel special! A/C worked great and we loved the location…easy walking distance to ferry and a nice retreat from some of the busiest tourist spots on Lake Como. We walked right down from the hotel and had a refreshing dip in the lake each day. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!"
