Nice and calm area. Hotel breakfast and lunch was good, cleaning staff came quite late every day. Taxi is a nightmare in the entire area, so better to rent a car and move around.

The staff did not allow early check in, and the card to open the door did not work. They do not help much with tours. The food in the hotel restaurant is not great and thankfully we had the means to eat out most of the time. Breakfast was a chaotic affair with not much choice. If all you want is a place to lay your head and decent views that is fine. The pool was good to be fair. The lake is a 25min walk away. Beware not much pavement.

Average stay

The grounds are well kept and the pool is large with plenty of sun beds. Breakfast is excellent. Room was clean and spacious but the sofa bed was broken (the night reception tried to fix it but couldn’t) and there was no cutlery or glassware and only 1 cup.

Elena at the front desk was the best however this is not a 4 star hotel. It needs some serious maintenance and basic pressure washing, paint in the exterior. The inside flooring shows massive wear and tear. The shower had mildew and the water did not drain and the ac was not the best. Lots to improve to be a true 4star hotel.

The bunk bed broke and they were unable to fix it or move us to another room. We had to sleep on the floor. The only compensation was the 7 euros of tax still owed.

Sehr gute klimatisierte Zimmer.
