"The staff was very friendly and helpful. All staff speaks English. The restaurant had great food and wonderful service. Accepts USD or credit card. The room was clean and good A/C. This was a great home base for excursions to Mountain Pine Ridge and Caracol. It was less than a 5 minute walk from the resort to the Cahal Pech Mayan ruins. 10/10 would stay here again. It was also nice that the resort is a bit outside of the town which is quite busy with hustle and bustle of daily life."

"Very nice room and facilities. Nice patio with hammock. Staff friendly and helpful. Coffee shop does not open until 8 or later Several restaurants nearby, important to note, there are several restaurants on the street parallel to Burnes avenue - cut throught across from the Burnz resturant."

"Good basic accommodation. Lots of space in room considering two double beds. You do have to come upstairs, no elevator. On good street for walking, close to local market. Parking available."

"Well my daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. From the beginning of our arrival we were welcomed! Loved our time there. The entire staff are super friendly and kind. We especially loved getting to know Fiona and her family. We enjoyed all the meals they prepared for us. Thank you guys for a wonderful place to be☆"

"We had a wonderful stay at Majestic Palms! The property was as listed and everything worked great. Between the a/c and the pool we were able to cool off after some hot days full of activities! Communication with Hadas and Melody was quick and easy through the VRBO app and they were able to provide us with super helpful information for booking tours, getting around the island, and transportation times to and from San Pedro. We rented a SUV and were able to get to the property by crossing the creek without issues. Great amenities in a beautiful jungle location, very close drive to many resturants and activities!"
