Wouldn’t order breakfast as it was cold by time we got it and first day we had a choice but last two days it was minimal and coffee and omelette was cold . Hot tub was what I wanted but it wasn’t hot and water was dirty . Which was a real shame as on information it says cleaned "

"Great location and Panous was very helpful and generous. We thought we booked a room with jacuzzi but when we reached there it was a standard room, Panous took us to another place ( 2 mins walking ) with jacuzzi, that was really great service !! And then when we came back the next day he offered us a free upgrade with Jacuzzi !! Absolutely made our day! This place has the best view of the valcano and it’s 4 mins walk from everywhere near Fira. Prepare your muscles for the luggages …. 😉"

"We were delighted with the location of Phaos and the lovely view we had from our private balcony - including the sunrise view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Including providing transportation to/from the ferry port and arranging for our rental car to be delivered and picked up from the hotel. Accommodations were comfortable, though a bit tight on the loft area. Very happy with our stay! "

"We could not have picked a more perfect place to spend an amazing 2 weeks plus with my husband, mother and my sister. Easy access, amazing views, great places to eat and a fun beach to play in the waves. Morning sunrises were spectacular and evening sun sets from the pier equally awe inspiring. "Amazing property away from all of the night life. A short bus ride to the l Kamari beach area ( or 20 minute walk). Cab or bus ride to Oia or Fira. While being away from the crowds was lovely for us, it may not be for all. The property and host are fabulous!"
