The host is remote, so I did notify her of a couple minor things that needed to be repaired/replaced (shower curtain liner and torn table cloth). She was very nice and receptive although there was no resolution for our two night visit (as anticipated)."

"Drove 7 hours with my daughter to visit her college she is attending in the fall. The code to access the fob worked perfectly and I was able to enter the building. Upon arriving at the door to enter the apartment, the same code that was supposed to work for the apartment door did not work. I contacted the host via phone, text, email, and VRBO and they were unresponsive. I was not able to enter the property and had to find separate accommodations. No apology or acknowledgement from the host. I...

"We thought we where going to have a suite with a patio and barbecue pit what we got was a small room with 2 double beds they changed our room to a room with 2 queen beds we had no microwave or refrigerator in the morning our coffee pot was broke so went down to lobby and there was know coffee and they had the fridge locked for continental breakfast ask desk clerk why she told us they where having hot breakfast in the fusion restaurant that’s why everything was locked s o we went to dinning room...

"I walked to the front desk, using a walker, and was handed the room keys to be informed that the elevator was out and to take the two flights up. Then given a room around the back of the building that was nothing like what we had booked thru VRBO. I had 3ft of hallway and a room to be in for my stay! The restaurant that was to have a breakfast buffet was clearly closed for a while. We left on Monday morning."

"We had a wonderful time at the cabin. We had 4 people and our dog. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed fishing and the pool. Look forward to returning there in the future."

"There was plenty of room in the condo but everything is outdated. The carpet was very dirty and I would not walk on it without my shoes. The TVs did not work in the bedrooms. If you want to cook, you will need to bring everything. They did not even have salt and pepper."
