Upon arriving at the door to enter the apartment, the same code that was supposed to work for the apartment door did not work. I contacted the host via phone, text, email, and VRBO and they were unresponsive. I was not able to enter the property and had to find separate accommodations. "This place was absolutely terrible. It was a basement efficiency that smelled musty and moldy. The carpet had been vacuumed but was old and gross. I have thrown better sheets in the trash and the comforter had stains on it. The mattress was not even a real mattress- it was an eggshell crate foam that buckled when you sat on it. The exceptional reviews are not real reviews. This was a total scam! "
