"Very clean and friendly personal check-in "

"I never post negative reviews but this experience was awful. The room was dirty and had a lingering musty smell. The lights did not work upon entering. The room had dirt throughout. There were hairs on the bed and a stray toilet brush in the elevator. I also didn’t realize there’s a federal prison right behind the hotel. Which did not set well with my small children. I will say this was one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had. The only positive was the front desk staff were very kind. Unfortunately, we will not be stay again. "

"I had a pleasant stay for four nights in Owl's Nest. I was up in the area to ski at Wisp. The "back way" to and from the resort made the drive only about 10 minutes or so. The cabin is stocked with everything that one could possibly need. The hot tub was great!"

"The rooms were very clean, but restraunt/lounge was closed due to no staff and that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel because there is nothing close to go eat and have a drink, so we chose this hotel BUT it was not open and no where on the web site it said it was closed, and was not told this when they called to confirm my resorvations, didnt find out until we got there so that was a dissapointment, the tv screeen was messed up, very very small. I would stay again IF the restaruant is open. the views are beautiful. rooms clean,but call ahead next time. some of the games in the game room were also broken. "

"Curtains don’t close. Just a sheer. Anyone can see in and you can’t block the lights from the parking lot. The lot is a disaster of potholes and yellow tape. No fridge or microwave. Outside door doesn’t lock. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable otherwise. "

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant. Would have rated as excellent if there was protein in the breakfast offering, but there was only carbs and sugar. Also, the bathroom fan in the room below was unacceptably loud in our room."

"Really enjoyed our stay. The room was great and the choice of breakfast was excellent. Loved the location and coziness to mingle with other guests. The staff are very friendly. Scott and Kate, I believe they are the owners are really nice people. We are glad we stayed there. "

"The only reason that I booked this stay was to take my 8 year old son swimming. The pool was closed and so was the restaurant so we had absolutley nothing to do. I tried to contact expedia numerous times and they basically did not care. I am an umeployed sngle mother so I spent all this money that I had to save for so long to sit in a house and do nothing. I am very upset because yet again another company is getting away wth ripping off a customer and nothing happens. I contacted them right away and I am very upset. There was nothing on Expedia website showing the pool was closed or I wouldnt have booked. I hope you feel good about ripping off someone that barey has anything. I will not ever use this compny again."
