TD Casa Lulù Panoramic Pool Over Med/Scrub

Casa Lulù is a typical country house recently renovated, located in a quiet inhabited area just 8 km from the center of Monopoli. Surrounded by the Apulian landscape, among olive trees and fruit trees, it can accommodate up to 6 guests and offers spaces to share moments of conviviality and take a relaxing break.
The star of the exterior is the 10 × 4 meter private pool, overlooking the countryside. Nearby, a patio furnished with sofas and a large table, together with the barbecue and wood oven, invites you to spend pleasant days outdoors and dinners with friends. On the front of the house, an additional relaxation area with sofas offers a view of the pool.
On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto the living room, flanked by a kitchen equipped with a large table and fireplace. A service bathroom completes the floor.
An iron staircase leads to the sleeping area, consisting of three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower, to offer comfort and privacy to each guest. The hallway preserves the original decorated brick floor and, through a French door, gives access to a small terrace equipped with a table and sun loungers.
The property has private parking and an automatic gate.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.

The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions for accessing the facility and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for checking in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00 .

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
