"We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Monroe. Candy at the front desk was amazing—full of energy, welcoming, and very professional. She greeted us warmly and even provided four bottles of cold water, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. Candy went above and beyond to support us and make sure our stay was comfortable. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made a difference. We would definitely stay here again."

"It was simple, but very clean & even though it's in a busy area, very quiet. Stayed there b/c price point & their pet policy. (Traveled with 2 dogs.) Appreciated the hard floors instead of carpet. Close to a ton of restaurants. My husband was initially skeptical about my choice but ultimately agreed it was a good choice of hotels. Will likely make this my preferred choice in Monroe moving forward. Would absolutely book there again. "
