"First of all you falsely advertise a whole beautiful house and nowhere mention in the listing that you're sequestered to an old dirty moldy basement efficiency. Walked in and instantly hit with an overwhelming smell of mold. The floor from one side to the other was so filthy no one wanted to take their shoes off. Most of the lights and switches didn't work. The kitchen was bare bones. We didn't even have oven mitts to remove our food from the oven. The beds/linens are comparable to prison...

Where to begin…we had to shovel snow and ice to make a very narrow walking path wider in the driveway and entryway for safety as we had ski gear and luggage. The property didn’t seem as if it was even cleaned before we arrived. The rugs areas are totally stained which either need a deep cleaning or totally replaced.
