"Terrible. Filthy. Signs of Prostitution. Drugs use in the open. Active cockroaches. People hanging out in the cars in the parking lot. Thin walls. Everything busted up. Bedding smelled like the previous guest. Seriously concerned for our safety.
RUN!"
