"There was a cockroach in the room. The man came up quickly and removed it. It seemed he had done this before and didn’t seem surprised. They were at capacity and front desk told me we couldn’t move our rooms and didn’t seem surprised or offer any accommodations. The elevator was also broken which made lugging our bags up and down the stairs. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful."

"Room was clean and had a nice view of the pond and waterway. Our floor was having some remodeling done and restaurant was being remodeled, but didn’t affect our stay. Staff was professional and helpful. Quick check-in and check-out."

"I suggest a refresh of the rooms. The carpet is frayed. The slider to my balcony had a problem with the lock. The latch niche in the frame is all cut up. The lighting needs to be updated. It’s very dark and dingy in the rooms. The rooms were comfortable so from a size perspective and all of the furniture in the rooms was useful and helpful. It just really needs to be updated. Thank you."
