Dirty ! The sheets have I Belive semen there was an old drink cup The bathroom was dirty The a/c cover was out of place. Nota a nice experiencia.

The hotel was dirty very unkempt and to be honest my safety and the safety of my property was questionable..ended up sleeping in my car in a lit parking lot instead

The towels were stained, the room was shabby. The bedspreads were threadbare. I would never stay there again. The attendant was usually asleep. Children running in the hall throughout the night and the building shook from their running.

Cockroaches

Cockroaches in the bathroom, tried killing a bunch but they scurried away into the seams of the caulking. Only slept for 2 hours because of how uncomfortable the bed was. If i could have changed hotels at 1am I would have. Checked out the next morning and changed to the Baymont

It was not as pictured. There was never coffee bar or cups. No buckets for ice. The pool hasn’t been opened for a long period of time. It was not family friendly.

Beds was hard as a rock, felt like just box springs . Cigarette burns on the sheets. Not enough pillows or blankets. Room stayed over 80+ degrees . Felt very dated and unclean .

Room was dirty. Fridge and microwave had dried food. Fridge had mold and roaches. Flat sheet on bed had blood stains and a boot print in the middle. There was no TV remote. Lady that checked us in was nice enough but man that checked us out was rude and inconvenienced

Reservation was for 1 king. When I got there, he gave me two doubles. Thin blankets and no bedspread, no ice machine(out of order). Bugs in the bathroom. When I checked out , the computer supposedly wasn't working either so he said he would e-mail receipt and 5 days later I still haven't seen it. Checked out early and I bet I still got charged for the extra day. DON'T GO THERE!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!

Terrible customer service. No running water and A/C was not working. Traveled all the way from texas to be welcomes in an unfriendly manner after letting the front desk know about everything wrong with the room. Ended up booking a room elsewhere after driving for 18 hours I was tired and just wanted a warm shower and get some rest as it was 2 AM already. After all terrible terrible. Management needs training on how to deal with customers.Rude.

The photos provided on Expedia's site for this property were obviously altered. The "deluxe" room we were assigned smelled horrible, had a filthy toilet, cigarette burns in the linens and a stained carpet. We could not stay at this hotel. When we told the manager, she stated it would not be a problem as she had not charged our credit card. She did say that we would have to contact Expedia as they would want to collect their fee. Expedia still charged us $50 because the hotel claimed we never checked in.

Mind the reviews, rooms are dirty

We ended up leaving. Didn’t get a refund of course. I don’t mind an old small hotel but this was beyond that. First impression was bad, smelly musty, hole punched in the backboard. No choice but to check the sheets which sealed it. The sheets were unwashed from previous guest, I could feel sand in the sheets and there was stains and hair. Everything about the hotel was very shabby. It gave the impression to a hotel you rent for the hour. I can only say that the clerk at the desk was attentive. Now that I learned hotels like this are allowed to function I will mind the reviews
