"We loved this motel and will definitely return. Positives: very friendly and helpful staff; excellent (included) healthy breakfast; (included) daily housekeeping; excellent central location for hiking and for walking into town for restaurants and shops; plenty of outlets for charging devices; good lighting for reading in bed and overall; k-cup coffee machine in room; quiet. And all this for a very competitive price, a great value. "

"Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. There was plenty of parking. Rooms were recently remodeled. There wasn't a lot to choose from for breakfast but it was adequate. The landline in our room didn't work so if you wanted the front desk, you had to walk there. (We asked but no one came to fix it or change the burned-out light in the sauna.) When we asked for extra pillows, there were none available. The sink in the bathroom is too close to the storage shelf over it so if you bend down to wash your face, your head can touch the shelf."

"This place is absolutely amazing and we couldn’t be happier that we found it. We will be back for sure. The cabins are so clean and up to date with amenities. Everything is just amazing and there isn’t anything out there like this that we have to ever seen. The whole entire place is welcoming, peaceful and quiet."

"The breakfast buffet was very good with great variety. I also liked pots of hot coffee in the lobby available all day. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. Perhaps it was because my room could be an adjoining room, but we could hear everything next door. Our neighbor called to complain about our tv volume, so I guess they could hear everything also."

"We had 11 hotels in New England in our itinerary and this was my favourite. The attention to detail was unmatched the little key fobs on the room keys the quill for signing the visitors book the whole place had so many quirky details. Beautiful room and gorgeous bathroom with stone wall I shower. Sadly we missed the restaurant which only opens Friday and Saturday but there are lots of eateries at the bottom of the hill."

"Everything was clean and very comfortable. The room was quite spacious and the bathroom brand new and very clean! From parking to friendliness to safety my stay was top notch! "

"Rooms were very clean, great coffee in the room. The resort(the actual area in general )is in “mud month”. Very few restaurants and stores were open. Not the fault of the resort. Refrigerator needed to be requested. The views were spectacular and the lobby was beautiful "
