"We were in town for a music festival. Communication for the entire time with Gladys was painless and straight forward. The location seems kind of quiet I think it may be an old industrial area. My only issue was parking. We got back after 11pm on Saturday and 1am on Sunday and there was no street parking. I was unaware until the day of check in that if no street parking was available that we had to use the public parking lot which was 25.00. However the lot was only a block or so away so that...

"The property was very quiet at night. The unit was clean, shower was great! The only issue is parking. There is no parking in front (even though it says loading zone). It is difficult to get things from car to the front desk area unless someone is with you. The garage spaces could be better marked. Also concierge will not open garage at the end of your stay, so you have to find somewhere to park and take fob back to unit. Street parking is very difficult."

"Location was good but property could use an update. There is definitely a need for better communication as well. When we arrived we did not have the property number to give to security. There is no guide or info in the apartment for WiFi, guidelines for the apartment, etc. - unlike others I have stayed in. We needed to reach out a few times to get info. Location was within 10 min of where we needed to be and Reading Terminal Market was close by. "

"The apartment was just as it was described, and very clean. Also the front desk folks were very helpful getting me situated. Very much enjoyed the neighborhood and so conveniently located for the work I was doing at a nearby school.
