"Nous avons passé, nos amis et nous, un très agréable séjour chez Valerio, un hôte très agréable et très à l'écoute. La maison est idéalement située en bord de mer avec accès direct depuis le jardin. Les repas pris sur la terrasse offrent une vue magnifique avec les pins en premiers plans et la mer à peine plus loin. La maison est confortable, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. "Porto sa Ruxi ist eine ruhige kleine Gemeinde ohne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung liegt an einer privaten, zugangsbeschränkten Straße. Unser Host hat beim Check-in das Tor dazu per Handy fern geöffnet, anschließend wird das Tor per Fernbedienung geöffnet. Durch die Zugansbeschränkung ist alles sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus liegt mittig am Hang. Der Blick aufs Meer ist wirklich wunderschön. Der beschriebene Strand ist in 3 Buchten aufgeteilt und die Treppe umfasst 160 Stufen, die sich aber...

"The accomodation was very clean, exactly how it was shown in the pictures. Stefano is a really nice host, if we had any questions he immediatly answered. He also gave us useful tips about near shops and markets or what to see near the accomodation. There is a really nice beach directly infront of the house which was never crowded and we could have space for ourselves. there is a shop with all the necessities 5 minutes away from the house. To the city centre of Cagliari it is definetly too far...

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. We stayed here August 2022 and so glad we chose it. The apartment was very clean and well presented. Everything you needed was provided. The real bonus was the fact that they provided everything you needed for the beach - umbrellas, flippers, beach shoes, snorkel & masks, inflatables, bucket & spades, chairs, balls, beach bags so my children were very happy. Es difícil encontrar el alojamiento porque no hay ningún cartel fuera, se llega a través de una carretera muy precaria. "Das Preis /Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Es ist keine Luxus Fewo , es besticht durch seine einzigartige Lage und war für uns völlig in Ordnung. Andrea der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar! Die Dachterrasse und der Ausblick ist ein Traum , der Strand durch eigenen Zugang in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil, Mitte Oktober muss man zum Abendessen in Restaurants immer grundsätzlich 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren. Die Qualität des Essens hat dann aber...

"Located by a beautiful beach, very quiet in October leading to a peaceful sunny stay. Mario was very responsive and left us a welcome parcel of sweet treats. Villa was very clean and has lots of positives, comfortable mattress, great hob, fridge freezer, washing machine etc. some modernising would benefit the overall experience especially bedroom furniture, bed is very low and chest of drawers do not close or open easily. "Abbiamo chiesto di ricevere le foto dell'appartamento in anticipo ma non ci sono mai state inviate, se avessimo saputo che saremmo state piazzate nel seminterrato senza finestre e con un minibar al posto di un normale frigorifero - per una settimana di ferie ad agosto - non avremmo prenotato qui. Per il resto tutto ok, la zona è bella per cui ci siano godute la vacanza fuori casa."

"The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...
