Apartment of 70M + 20M of terrace in first line facing the Playa Cristal and close to the many Calanques which it benefits.
On the 2nd floor with acsenseur, concierge and parking
Quiet environment without traffic or mass tourism Miami playa is a city where we come to rest with family, and enjoy nature and many acitvites in a radius of 50kms, including the delta of lebre (Camargue Spanish) and Portaventura for the youngest !!!

Kitesurf in front of the apartment or on the spots of the Delta de l'Ebre (30kms)
Paragliding just on the back of the apartment with landing on the beach (4Kms to La Mola de Nadell)
Trekking, Mountainbike, Kayaking in the Llaberia Natural Park (10Kms)
