We stayed here for 4 nights recently and had a wonderful stay. The room was exactly as advertised in the pictures and the place was extremely clean and ready for us at check in. The check in process was smooth and the directions to the parking garage were very clear. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in providing recommendations when needed. I was worried about my French language proficiency before our trip but the staff was very helpful in communicating in English with us. The staff was also very accommodating with providing extra K-cups and creamers for coffee when we needed it. Additionally, the location within the village is excellent and within a couple of minutes walking distance from many restaurants and cafes as well as right next to the hiking trails, gondolas and lifts that take you up the mountain.

Our one bedroom suite was large and nicely appointed. The location was great! Staff was very accommodating. Looking forward to staying there again on our next visit. The only negative is that the garage parking is very tight.

The property was very clean. The balcony is small . The staff was kind. The TVs were not smart. The main room with the king bed doesn't have a mirror. I was disappointed for one thing concerning the hot tub(jacuzzi) which was warm and not hot as it should be, and this is the second time which I came before and I couldn't use it for maintenance reasons.

Overall, we were very happy with our booking. The unit was roomy with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, bathroom and living area. We did however, find the AC unit to be noisy particularly at night. I did mention it to the receptionist on check out. Hopefully, they will look into it for future guest. Should we stay there again I would check reviews to see if others had a similar issues.
