Beautiful location and within walking distance into the town. Prompt at getting back to questions, especially when i locked myself out. Lol. Beds are super comfy. Rooms are very clean. Showers have lots of pressure. Spacious common room with amenities , a sitting area with TV are appreciative. Water cooler would be helpful to refill coffee maker.

Loved the room , very clean. I assume when the rénovations are completed there will be the name and indications ( Numbers of the rooms on outside of motel and réception). Also shelf or table in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to friends and family

The rooms were clean and quiet, the grounds peaceful and well kept. Staff was unobtrusive but very helpful - they notified us when we left a charging cord behind at checkout and sent us a picture of it! We would most definitely stay there again. If I were to change anything it would be to add more light to the bathroom.to help with grooming and makeup, but that is a very minor quibble.

Enjoyable and comfortable get away

Located along a charging little river accessible to swim 2 mn away from your room, we had the best experience and service. I asked if a BBQ was available and it arrived 39 mn later so we could grill ribs and warm up oysters Rockefeller! The room was perfect, clean and well decorated and opened up to a nice back yard where you could park in front of your room and the river. Would come back in a heart beat! Thank you again for a perfect stay

THERE IS NO STAFF. THERE IS NO WELCOME DESK. THERE IS NO HUMAN TO TALK TO. The hotel does a very poor job at warning you of that in the expedia description. You MUST create an expedia account to be able to check in. You have to read your expedia messages, send the hotel your phone number so they can send you instructions. Otherwise, you'll be as confused as we were when we arrived. It took us 15m to figure it out. The "front door" is more of a back door. The parking lot lacks signage and clarity on where to park. You could park near your room but you have to walk 5m to the front-backdoor, unless you leave your room open. There's a phone on the door I called. No answer, but a call back instead. The lady sent me instructions by text. She explained that expedia doesnt share client's phone numbers with the hotel. The instructions are a little verbose and lacks succint formatting. The access code works only on the one door, not any other building doors. The rooms and the inside of the hotel were very clean. There's nespresso coffee in the room. The A/C is quiet and goes down to 17C. I appreciated that. The room description lead us to believe there's a river view. There isn't. You gotta walk around a whole lot of bushes and road to access the river. The mattress is horrible. My partner didnt sleep until 5 AM. I kept waking up an found it very difficult to fall back asleep every time. Very uncomfortable. Awful cellphone reception in the room.

L'accès a au motel uniquement en ligne est ok, mais le fait que personne n'est la pour accueillir à la réception est moyen. La porte principale étant un peu cachée, on se bute a des portes barrées.
