"Listing was accurate to the apartment. The host was very responsive and sent detailed check in and check out instructions. I had trouble getting the heater to work and the host kindly came by the apartment to fix it for me (I just couldn’t find the on switch!). The loft area was indeed short height wise, but I converted the couch to a bed and was very comfortable. Would recommend!"

"We found an active bedbug when we opened the couch to turn it into a bed. This was 11:30 pm. The host never responded (even three days later). Needless to say, we vacated the property immediately, drove until 5 a.m. to get home at which time we started the process of heat treating ALL of our belongings!"

"The apartment is located in the heart of the Grande Île, just steps away from the Strasbourg Cathedral and several Christmas markets. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with beautiful views of the streets below. Check in was easy. It was the perfect place to stay for exploring Strasbourg."

"Arrival was easy. Entry into the unit was not intuitive. Thought there was a cyber lock; turned out to be a combination key lock box that we eventually figured out. Instructions weren't clear at all. Key to garage door was inaide the room so once we figured out how to.open the door we were able to easily park the car. The room wasclean, even though I was required tockean up before departure (which we did and left the place cleaner than when we arrived). All vents were diety as was the lime...
