We didn’t get a chance to enjoy all the amenities during our visit, but overall, it was a pleasant experience. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!"

"I liked the fact that you had a full service breakfast. The quality of the food in the mornings was very good. Having a tea and coffee station was very convenient as I had several work meetings in the lobby. The weather had turned cold and the lobby was draughty. I asked if we could light the fireplace and was told the hotel didnt have any firewood- which was surprising. Keeping a fire lit would make the hotel more welcoming and comfortable. The pool and hot tube area were very appreciated and I used them daily for 4 days. I also appreciated the water bottle filling station that the hotel offers. One criticism - I dined in the onsite restaurant in the evening and chose the beef and mushroom risotto. This was very oversalted - it seems the mushrooms had been dredged in salt. I later woke in the night - completely parched due to the high salt content and was very uncomfortable. I mentioned this the following day to one of the wait staff and she said she had heard that feedback before. Hopefully my review will prompt a change .........."

"Our chalet was everything we hoped it would be. Beautiful getaway for sure. The spa was amazing. Best massages we ever had. The amenity’s were very good but just as a suggestion it would be nice to include shower caps and lotion. These two things were missed . I traveled light and just assumed those things would be included. However I will definitely come back and will tell my friends and family to visit. Just beautiful!!!"
