"Our stay was perfect. We were given an upgrade due to the fact that it was our honeymoon. The staff was very kind and they work hard at pampering all guests. Property and rooms are extremely clean. Not sure if we went at a good time but the hotel was not crowded at all. Easy access to spa and other amenities which are also super clean. Loved our stay here, definitely the best hotel stay we’ve had"

"Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von der sehr netten Verwalterin, die auch deutsch sprach, sehr herzlich empfangen.Den Service eine große Frühstücksauswahl an die Haustier liefern zu lassen, haben wir ausgiebig genutzt.Der Pool war sehr schön und bei unseren Kindern sehr beliebt, incl. tollem Blick in die typische Landschaft der Toskana.Das Anwesen war für uns ein idealer, zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten in zahlreiche, schöne und abwechslungsreiche Städte und Orte."

"Stayed for one week family of 4, 2 kids ages 9 and 4. We had a great time. Staff (Gulia) was super helpful was waiting for us late for our check in as our flight was delayed. The apt was spotless and the kitchen was fully equipped. We had enough detergents, towels everything a family with kids would need. My husband and daughter played tennis everyday. Kids played ping pong and at the playground and we enjoyed the pools so much! We had an excellent dinner at casa masi for my birthday too. Just a fee minutes away by car to coop to buy some groceries. Overall it was an excellent experience"

"We thought they would be serving dinner every night but there was no chef! So no Dinner service. Good A/C. Breakfast buffet was great, bartender made sandwiches and salads at lunch time. Be prepared to drive windy dark roads at night to find restaurants, 10-20 minutes away. Also we were charged additional fees for early checkin and late checkout, I found this to be excessive. We found their local white wine is not very good (buttery, and perfumy)"
