"Place is pretty much getting off the ground. Dirt road that leads to property is not well maintained and had branches not trimmed scratching cars. Amenities were fairly basic, no internet access, pool was under maintenance, landscaping not done. On the positive side: staff was nice."

"Not easy to find but helped to locate by an English speaking friend of the proprietor on the telephone. Joined other guests and family for the evening meal in the lovely outdoor garden dining area. After helping ourselves to the continental breakfast provided we spent a lovely hour in the outdoor swimming pool before our departure."

"I stayed for one night on a cycling trip. I was very happy with everything. Nadia met me at the door and explained everything nicely. She was able to provide secure storage for my bike around the corner from the property. The room was smartly furnished and a generous size. The breakfast, as noted by others, was delicious and extensive. It was a pleasure to share it with some other guests. Shops and centre ville are close by. I would definitely stay again."

"We spent 5 days in May 2023 at the charming and spacious Villa du Parc, in one of their 2-bedroom Gite apartments. The Villa is very well situated in the suburbs of Prades, only 10 minutes walk from the attractive town centre. The apartment and the whole Villa were clean, well laid out and well equipped. Parking and security were excellent and the Villa gardens were very pretty with a lovely outdoor swimming-pool - alas still too cool to use in early May. Our hosts were very friendly and...

"Nice guesthouse at a quiet area. Plenty of street parking around. The kitchen was well equipped for simple cooking during these no restaurant days caused by COVID. The breakfast was fantastic with different homemade items during our 6 days of stay. We have a great stay there and will come back again on our next visit of Perpignan. "

"There was one problem, the host texted my phone and said where she was leaving the key but I never received the text because my phone was not working off of wifi. So we arrived at 1030 pm and were lost about what to do until a lady arrived and was able to contact the host because she is good friends with her. The breakfast would have been more enjoyable if the host offered eggs. I loved the strong coffee!"

"A truly lovely place to stay and discover the Cathar Castles and Corbieres/Fitou vineyards. The most comfortable room (Angel Suite) and lots of little extra touches (kettle, aircon unit, tea/coffee, honesty bar) to make it an exeptional stay. Wonderful hosts and great breakfast."
