The fridge and hair dryer in the room were particularly appreciated as well. The only problem during this time of the year were the mosquitoes, which kept getting inside the room despite all the windows closed. "Beautiful hotel with friendly, attentive staff! Great location, walkable to everything we wanted to see and do! Room was absolutely beautiful. Suggestions: please give out 2 hotel keys because key controls lights. Also, instructions in the room for how to use sauna we paid extra for would be helpful—we could never figure it out, even after asking. Overall, a wonderful stay!"

"Classy beautiful boutique hotel with very tasteful decor. Looks like it was recently renovated. Standard double room was decent size. Very friendly/helpful staff. Fantastic location - steps to many restaurants, especially around Piazza della Sala. Fairly easy 13 mins walk to Pistoia train station."

"This is the most under rated property in Florence! request a first floor, Piazza facing apartment and your view is spectacular! Never mind the people watching! Worth every dollar spent. Just know that it is noisy at night until around 1am as it's in a very public piazza but you just need good earplugs or the aircon on to drown that out if it was to bother you. "
