"One of my best holidays. Wonderful location, great host. The location was peaceful, quiet, had an amazing view and with our location we had a very good starting point for several round trip hikes. The house had everything we needed and the host is so helpful and had a solution to every question, he also adviced us places to eat, things to see and do... These contracts do not mirror the conditions within hotels.com. I immediately tried to contact the hotel without luck. "What a shame, the entire region of Pescia is beautiful but everything at this cottage is awful. Its totally bizarre and weird and so so dirty. Honestly i doubt the place has ever been dusted once which is just disgusting. The shower curtain was full of mould.. bugs everywhere it was a literal disaster, not any normal persons idea of a vacation. It stinks of mould and kerosene inside, which then becomes a safety concern as well. Thankgoodness we were able to refund one night because we could...

"Je krijgt niet wat je beloofd. De foto’s kloppen niet. Zit nu voor veel geld in een armoedig onderkomen met boven mij schreeuwende en lawaaierige eigenaren die zelf het dakterras bewonen dat via Belvilla (beschrijving en foto’s) aan mij beloofd was. Na 13.30 uur geen zon meer. Echt onacceptabel voor dit geld. De oplossing die weliswaar werd bedacht na mijn klachten hierover, is ver onder de maat. Ik ga niet meer met Belvilla in zee en na de vakantie schrijf ik een artikel over mijn ervaringen....
