"Excellent apartment in super location. Simona is a very attentive and responsive host; any issues are quickly resolved. The apartment itself is light and spacious. Good sized well equipped kitchen on ground floor, open plan lounge plus bathroom and bedrooms on next floor and terrace then up small spiral staircase. The AC works well but the ambient temperature in the flat rarely gets above 23C . Porto Maurizio is at the top of the hill and there is a good view of the sea from the terrace. Café...

"The property is nice, we stayed for two weeks and all went well. The view from the apartment is great. The location is also great. On the seafront it was good to be able to take a daily walk down to the coast to the marina. The apartment is close to many beaches. The balcony has the sun all day so good for sitting out. The apartment had all facilities we needed."

"We had pleasant stay. The studio is in a perfect location at the seaside close to the city center. The view is amazing. The bathroom can really do with an update, and so do other things in the interior. But everything works. The kitchen appliances, e.g. knives, need replacement. The representatives from the agency were really friendly and approachable."
