"Very lovely small hotel with perfect location in La Spezia. All restaurants are very close, the train station is just next door, and even the harbor is at walkable distance. Even if the hotel is centrally located, I wasn’t disturbed by the notices from outside. I normally wake up very easily. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice an cozy. Very beautiful interior. "This apartment was centrally located. The bed was comfortable. No AC but the fans worked well. There are lots of stairs to get to it so not easy with luggage but not terrible. The host is very nice and easy to work with. "

"Mauro was a gracious and welcoming host! The property, although secluded and if driving, is on top of a very winding road, is well appointed with a patio that offers a spectacular view of Lerici. The chalet was quaint as well, located at the bottom of about 50 stairs, making trekking luggage up and down a little challenging, but everything else makes up for that! There is little wi-fi, so if that is a necessity, you may need to provide your own hot spot. "
