For our stay in Cinque Terre we chose the town of Vernazza and had an outstanding stay at the Camere Giuliano Basso. Heed the advice and pack lightly, or plan on leaving a portion of your luggage in a luggage storage area near the main office, as there are many steps to get to the room. Lots to do within walking distance. From restaurants to the marina with all the beautiful boats. We enjoyed great food and wine during our stay and took the ferry to Montarro and Monterosso for the day. Took the train back. Cinque Terre is easily reachable for day trips from this location.

Absolutely Breath taking views and wonderful experience. The only drawback was the climb from our parked car to the room. But the owner was amazing. He spent almost an hour telling us the history and practical ways to enjoy Cinque Terre.

We loved this little hotel on the edge of downtown La Spezia, it has a fantastic location! So close to all of the restaurants and shops. It’s about an easy 20 minute walk to the train station. The host is very friendly and accommodating. Our initial train into La Spezia was delayed multiple times and she was super easygoing about changing the meeting time for us to check-in. Everything about Riomaggiore is on a hill. If you stay here, know that. There is a lot of climbing but I really liked our hotel and staff. Plus breakfast is included!

The owners are amazing! Were incredibly flexible and allowed us to store our luggage for the day after checkout free of charge. Great proximity to the train station making Cinque Terre a breeze. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Vilma was great with the communication and allowing us to check in a little early. The property was located just a few blocks from the train station, which made getting our luggage to the property easy. The property was also located close to lots of shopping and ESPECIALLY wonderful food. We stayed with 3 adults in one room. It was spacious and comfortable, pleasingly furnished and quiet considering it is right above the train station. There is no elevator and if you are traveling with heavy suit cases you have to lug them to the second floor. But that was the only draw back.
