"The longer we stayed the more we liked the place. It had a funny smell, probably humidity and being closed up. Opening the windows made a big difference. Excellent shower pressure. The living room- hall was crooked-slanted. Building must of settled? AC was great and beds were very comfortable. Washing machine and clothes line worked out great for us. "Three and a half stars. "This will do." The location is nice - Ten minute walk from a swimmable public beach, close to an enjoyable downtown, nice restaurants. Quiet street, not entirely quiet neighbors. This property is a condo in an rather old apartment building, but the actual rooms are as shown ( though probably three years newer and color adjusted ). There seems to be nobody nearby to assist or do repair and maintenance regularly. So small things like a shower wand that leaks a small...
