"Nice room with outdoor sitting space. Comfortable bed. Good location close to old city Annecy. Good breakfast on terrace overlooking the lake. Parking nearby is scarce so booking the underground parking at the hotel proved convenient, although ramp down is a bit tight. "

"Central hotel next to the train station and old town. Very clean, warm and spacious. Planning on returning here next year. Spa was good, although busy. Lovely balcony to sit out on and relax in the evening. "

"The property is beautiful with a great location and we had an incredible view. It was our honeymoon and they upgraded us and wrote a lovely note. The only thing we didn't love was they charged for the spa and there wasn't any hot water when we tried to fill the bath. We would definitely return and still highly recommend it. "
