"I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. One of the highlights was the thoughtful and accommodating service from the staff. Without me even having to request it, they arranged for my family to be placed in rooms right next to my brother’s family. That small but meaningful gesture made a huge difference in our stay, allowing us to spend more quality time together and making everything much more convenient. In addition, the staff was very attentive throughout our stay and always made sure we had everything we needed. I especially appreciated the convenience of being able to text the front desk with any requests, it was quick, easy, and very efficient. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. We also really enjoyed spending time at the pool; it was a great place to relax and unwind with family. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities made this a truly enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future."

"Everything was great"

"To my amazement the staff was super unhelpful. Let me start by saying I waited at the front counter for over 30 minutes just to check in as the front desk clerk ran to Burger king to get something to eat. Also, I paid for a room for 4 people and when I got to the room there was only 2 towels, I went down to the front desk to ask for more towels, and I was told we have to check and see if we have anymore. We decided to go get dinner and when we got back the towels were on the counter at the front desk. The next morning, we came to the breakfast area for a coffee, and the milk machine was out of milk. I notified the breakfast attendant, and she gave me the dirtiest look and huffed and puffed because I asked her kindly to fill the milk Despenser up. I do believe the staff here could use some additional training on customer service as it seems to be lacking in all aspects."

"My daughter is a student at Seton Hall University. This hotel is close and there are several restaurants that are walking distance because the hotel is located right next to a strip mall. Some of the places to eat: Starbucks, Panera, Five Guys, TGIFridays, Coldstone, and there is a grocery store there as well. Bored? There is a AMC Theater in the strip mall as well. You are also about 30 minutes to NYC, but it can be more depending on traffic. The staff at the hotel is very friendly, and the rooms are clean. Highly recommend."

"The front door on the ground floor slams shut very loudly for every entry and exit, which makes it fortunate when you are not in the room just above that slamming door. Not so fortunate when you are. "

"We arrived at 11:30 pm. We were not checked in till after midnight. After a long day I just wanted to get to room. I asked for extra pillows was told they don’t have any. What hotel does not have extra pillows. Whole hotel smelled of spices that were unpleasant. When we got off elevator carpets was gross with confetti and popped balloons on floor. All you could hear was highway noise. Breakfast was ok nothing spectacular. We will not be staying here again. Very disappointed in this property by IHG."
