Enjoy the magic of unspoiled Umbrian landscape in this quaint but centrally located villa. Located down a small country road yet close to the towns of San Gemini and Acquasparta. You will have exclusive use of the main three-bedroom villa and shared use of the pool and common grounds around the property.
