Lovely charming hotel

Super friendly staff that helped us with all our needs, early coffee and iron for wedding dress. Had a fantastic time with grate garden and breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends.

A great hotel and very helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable I wasn’t expecting such a comfortable stay! The breakfast was excellent such a large choice every taste was catered for! Very helpfull staff supervising the breakfast I can’t rate them highly enough! I will certainly recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to staying again!

Tranquillo in centro

Bella struttura retrò, ma tenuta bene per quanto riguarda la hall la facciata e la zona antistante. Le camere pulite e funzionali magari potrebbero essere un po' svecchiate. Colazione buona, personale cordiale. Posizione in strada tranquilla in pieno centro. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Godt beliggende hotel. Super informativ reception ift aktiviter i området. Hotellet har et dejligt præg af ro og gammeldags elegance. Gode parkeringsforhold (10 erou pr dag). God morgenmadsbuffet med kvik og venlig betjening. Skøn lille pool område, men ønskeligt med flere liggestole. Et sted som vi ville komme igen.

Good location and price, helpful and nice staff

The hotel had good quality but was old. It was clean but our room was very small for three girls. Cleaning was excellent. The breakfast was much better than expected - not only sweet things but eggs, bacon, sausage, yoghurt and of course cakes and biscuits.

Wir waren maßlos enttäuscht! Bei der Ankunft haben wir bereits alles bezahlt. Und mussten für das parken extra bezahlen. Die Zimmer eine Katastrophe und entsprechen keinem Standard mehr! Der Lärm der Reisegruppe machte einen erholsamen Schlaf unmöglich! Als wir eine Nacht früher abreisten bekamen wir nicht mal das zuviel bezahlte parken retour und der Manager drehte sich um und ging zum rauchen! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert

Dejlig oplevelse

Vi oplevede et personale, som var meget servicemindede. Hotellet fremstod meget hyggeligt og havde en dejlig have med pool. Såvel planter som pool blev holdt meget flot, så det hele tiden fremstod pænt. Adskillige dage spiste vi hotellets aftenmenu, hvilket vi var meget tilfredse med. Det eneste minus var, at WIFI ikke fungerede på den etage, hvor vi boede. En misforståelse gjorde formentlig, at personalet først blev opmærksom på det ved vores afrejse. Der var i øvrigt kun 3 værelser på vores etage, og vi var formentlig de eneste, som ønskede at bruge WIFI.

Bra beliggenhet, god service, behagelig atmosfære.

Vi er et par i førtiårene som tilbrakte en uke på Hotel Reale i midten av juli. Hotellet ligger sentralt, bare ca 10 minutters gange fra togstasjonen, og like i nærheten av hovedgata med butikker og restauranter. Vi hadde egentlig tenkt å leie bil, men fant ut at vi like godt kunne ta toget. Montecatini Terme ligger jo midt mellom Firenze og Lucca. Vi tok også toget til badebyen Viareggio. Betjeningen på hotellet var hjelpsomme med informasjon om transportmuligheter. Dessuten ligger det et reisebyrå rett over gata. Frokosten var god, med et rikt utvalg av mat og drikke. Det eneste vi savnet var grovt brød. Frokostserveringen varte fra klokka 08.00 til 10.00. Siste dagen måtte vi reise klokka 06.45 for å rekke et tidlig fly. Da lagde de frokost til oss klokka 06.30. Både rommet og fellesområdene var rene og velstelte. Foran hotellet er det en hage hvor man kan sette seg ned og slappe av i skyggen fra store trær. At hotellet hadde basseng var en av grunnene til at vi valgte det. På bildene så det ut som bassenget var lite, men det viste seg at det ikke var noe problem. Vi fant alltid ledige solsenger, og det var aldri overfylt i eller ved bassenget. Ved bassenget lå det rene badehåndklær som kunne brukes av hotellets gjester. Det var rent, ryddig og velstelt utendørs også. Bassengområdet lå litt skjermet fra resten av hotellets hage. Hotellets betjening var svært imøtekommende, vennlige og hjelpsomme.

Sykelig langt unna!

Tok tog til Pisa, og da vi kom frem fant vi ut at hotellet var 60 km unna sentrum av Pisa. Italienerne bruker de samme stedsnavnene på forskjellige plasser, så vi hadde havnet alt for langt unna og droppet rett og slett turen og dro heller videre. Sikkert greit for de som kommer med fly til Pisa, men kommer du med tog må du regne med enten 180 euro i taxi eller 2 timer med trikk for å komme deg dit. Dessverre.

Great Hotel

I was at this hotel last week ,check in was vey great and quick ..staff was very welcomed and you will feel like you are at your home ..room and bathroom very tidy and clean , i like this hotel and i this it will be my first choice when i visit Italy again ..again i must say thank you for hotel staff they are all great in hospitality

Buono per il soggiorno di anziani

La camera assegnata non era conforme alle foto del sito la finestra si affaccia sulla chiostra di ingresso dove la sera e il pomeriggio sostano gruppi di persone che anche se non gridano, il vocìo rimbombante disturba il riposo degli ospiti. l'ingresso del garage ha una altezza inferiore alla norma e quindi non enra il fuoristrada. il parcheggio inerno custodito ha un costo di 8 euro al giorno non indicato nella locandina informativa. Buona cucina ,personale gentile e disponibile.

Petit hotel familial avec piscine, très bien situé

Petit hotel très agréable, très bien situé, aussi bien par rapport à la gare qu'au centre. Petite piscine où l'on peut bronzer et se détendre, près du jardin. Le personnel a été très accueillant, quelqu'un a monté nos valises dans les chambres, et nous avons reçu de bons conseils pour nos excursions et diverses réservations. Je recommande chaudement cet hotel.

Redelijk hotel vlak bij het centrum

Het hotel ligt op een prima locatie op loopafatand van het centrum en alle Terme accommodaties. De kamer is erg sober, geen koelkast en kan ook schoner. Het ontbijt is in orde. Het zwembad is erg klein met ca. 6 stoelen/ligbedden en ligt in de voortuin. Goede prijs/kwaliteit.

Typisk italiensk elegant charme. Meget for pengene

Vi var ovenud tilfredse med hotel Reale. Til prisen vi betalte kunne man dårligt få et vandrerhjem, men vi fik smukt hotel, venligt personale, rummelige værelser med airconditionering . En hyggelig skyggefuld have og en lille swimmingpool ( dog meget dyb ) gjorde kun stedet ekstra attraktivt. Alt skinnende af renhed. En pæn stor morgenbuffet var ovenikøbet med i prisen. Trådløst internet skulle betales ekstra, men til en rimelig pris. Kan virkelig anbefale hotellet.
