"This place is amazing! The views are spectacular. The room was perfect and the grounds are exactly what you’d expect for Tuscany. The owner is on hand at all times and is very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until midnight. He stayed up for us and talked us through the directions there. You do need a car if you’re staying here since there is no public transportation. "

"Charming little room right in the heart of the hilltop town of San Miniato. The checkin was super easy and the room was very spacious and easy to get to right at ground level with a separate side entrance right by the front-desk checkin. Would definitely stay again. "

"Very quiet and relaxed property. Beautiful Tuscan views. Well located for several Tuscan towns. Staff very friendly and attentive. Continental plus breakfast with high quality options. Only negative comment: the location is rural and subject to insects. They should provide screens for all windows. "
