"Room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Bed was comfortable a& air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was spacious with good shower & toiletries provided. Hotel provides luggage storage which was handy as we arrived before check in. Staff are all very nice and polite & hotel felt very safe. Great location but a little noisy with clubs next door and main road traffic. If you are a light sleeper you may find this a problem. My criticisms of the hotel are that the breakfasts were not good. I tried the American and Jamaican breakfasts. Service was very slow and breakfast was cold every day. 1st I ordered scrambled egg, bacon & French toast. Toast cold & soggy, eggs cold & bacon was inedible cremated into a lump of stuck together slices with the texture of shoe leather. We thought maybe it was an off day as they seemed short staffed however the breakfast was the same again in the days that followed and we decided to skip breakfast after the 3rd poor breakfast. We didn't complain about the breakfast because we felt like the wait staff were busy and short staffed & everything else was good. My other critique would be that the mini fridge in the room was not cold enough and you could only get ice from the hotel bar, not a huge issue however we came back around 10pm one evening after dinner and asked the receptionist in the hotel for ice and she advised it was only available from the bar & bar was closed, not helpful. Everything else was great and we would definitely here again"
