Amazing! I really love how small and secluded the property is. Staff is amazing and friendly and the place is so cleannnnnn. I haven’t even gotten dust on my slippers walking around the property. To me it’s really a couples resort or girls weekend or even guys weekend where you wanna just chill talk relax enjoy the view beach and pool. I’d definitely come back here when I want to unwind with my partner. 10/10!!!

I have been to Jamaica plenty of times but Zoetry was my best experience. The resort is very intimate so we were able to know all of the staff. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. I will be returning!

Hotel is a lovely setting but lacks ambience . A little music in the bars and around the pool would add that extra touch . Rooms lovely and staff great but food needs attention and is not at the level it should be for the price .

Excellent Location (<10 min ride from MBJ airport). Plus, great beachfront. No matter where you room is on the property, you are <2 min walk to the beach. Lots of lounge chairs, both poolside and beachfront. Spacious, well-appointed rooms. Friendly, courteous staff. Dinners at Coyaba Restaurant were good. Most importantly, easy, friendly vibe about the whole place.

This was our first experience in an All Inclusive, so I was over the moon excited to stay and every moment was a new experience like a special gift. We were bone tired from serving on the mission field with no luxury anything, to having a Butler, Ramona, care for our needs and more. She had to train us how to use her. The staff here were so kind and attentive to our needs during our stay. David was our butler and very helpful in coordinating outings. The food is yummy & it’s a very quiet and relaxing environment. There were 2-3 cats roaming the property, specifically dining area around dinner time. This was uncomfortable for my husband and I. Neither of us are cat people and they would walk up to our tables to beg each time we dined (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Our room also wouldn’t cool off enough at any point. I enjoyed the yoga offered and first come first serve for cabanas. The entire staff here is incredible and attentive.

I travel very frequently and this was the worst all inclusive alleged luxury and the pools have water drained from my tub in my private room after I bath in it. The staff was rude for the most part coffee shop not even open at 7am

It’s a nice quiet resort and on the ocean front but also close to the main street which causes a lots off traffic noises for some rooms especially the one we stayed in , so we had to request an upgrade to a different room (with extra fees) that has a better view and far from the street noise. Poor quality staffs and services , very inconvenient to get access to anything including foods services ..etc. Very slow!!

The amount of money they charged for a a ride that’s is not even 20 minutes away from the hotel was $60 US dollars. Everything is super expensive and I mean everything is astronomically priced. The butler communication system needs to be better. The staff on the other hand was very friendly overall.

If quiet and cozy is what you are looking for this is definitely the perfect place. There is no entertainment. There's sip and paint and candle making. You can do plenty of activities off the resort. There's not a lot of food options alrhough what they serve is very good. Plenty of drink options. The masseuse is great. The butlers go out of there way to please you. The staff is very nice and constantly making sure you're comfortable. The pool area is not large but accommodates the size of the property and the views are beautiful.

Some of the people that work there will make you feel uncomfortable when asking for drinks. Kyle and Michael were amazing and attentive. Raise their salary. the lady by the pool bar always had an attitude and the lady that work on jerky Jo do not know how to make guess feel welcome. Rude and in need of training. People in the lobby were nice and the guy in the polo lounge was amazing he made my stay more comfortable. Also prices aré extremely expensive if you want to tour with cab driver. I feel like jamaica is taking advantage of the tourist by trying to ask for ridicules amount of money for things. The room was very pretty but the shower was open and that is not comfortable for everyone. It should be with a door or curtain.

The dinning was limited and super slow. There were no cold beers and many liquor restrictions. The menu is super limited. The beach is not clean, it has a lot of seaweed, slimy floor and rocks. The main restaurant is super hot at night and should have enclosed air conditioning. Staff was super slow and at times rude, they took forever to serve drinks. (Only exception of Hilary and Marc-Anthony. The rooms were great with comfortable and clean bed and towels. We were given butlers but didn’t find the use.
