The property was quiet and relaxing. The indoor and out door pools were amazing. My wife and I enjoyed a massage and are already discussing about our next trip to take full advantage of all the amenities. Thank you to the hard working staff especially the dinning staff they were amazing. Grazie.

Laid back high-end hotel with an amazing spa area

Very pretty little gem in the terme euganee-abano-montegrotto area. I had passed the facility a year ago and wanted to come back to try it. They have wonderful customer service with a laid back style. It is a bit pricey but the spa area is exceptional and you can use the thermal pool until 23:30. Swimming in a thermal pool under the stars is an wonderful experince.

Schöne Terme Hotel mit Außenpool. Servicekräfte waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war ein standardzimmer, bisschen klein, die Möbeln sind in Ordnung genauso wie die Sauberkeit. Habe das Hotel leider nicht im vollen Zügen genießen können, da ich geschäftlich unterwegs war und kaum im Hotel gewesen bin.

The pool is wonderful. The room was clean but overall better suited for a 3 star property. The air conditioning was not working as we learned that the hotel had not activated the central air system for the season. It was a very warm day and this is just unacceptable for a 5 star property. Overall, not worth the price.

Mir haben die Speisenauswahl, der SPA Bereich und das ruhige Zimmer gefallen. Nicht gefallen haben mir die dicken Gardinen im Zimmer, die den Geruch von früheren Rauchern absorbiert haben obwohl das Zimmer als Nichtraucherzimmer angegeben wird. Außerdem wissen viele Sauna Besucher nicht wie ein Handtuch auf dem Holz zu benutzen ist, da sollte das Personal den Gästen genauere Hinweise geben. In der finnischen Sauna sollten auch ab und zu Aufgüsse stattfinden.

Un "ANGOLO di PARADISO".

Ho soggiornato presso "Terme di Relilax Boutique Hotel & Spa" in occasione di un fine settimana (pernottamento comprensivo di colazione e ingresso Spa). Si tratta di una Struttura di livello a 5 stelle, elegante e raffinata; facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla Stazione ferroviaria. Camera spaziosa con letto matrimoniale e bagno privato, pulita e dotata di vari comfort. Colazione variegata, con ampia scelta dal dolce al salato. L'Hotel dispone inoltre di 2 ristoranti: "BISTROT" e "GINCO"; dove in quest'ultimo viene servita la colazione. In entrambi è dunque possibile prenotare pranzo e/o cena (vengono serviti piatti gourmet; si mangia divinamente). Spa ben attrezzata; munita di una piscina interna con acqua termale, una esterna, una minipool con cromoterapia, docce emozionali, circuito saune e zona relax. Al 1° piano è anche possibile prenotare massaggi e/o trattamenti di fangoterapia. Tutto il personale è ben qualificato, gentile e molto disponibile. Meritano di essere segnalati: Chiara ed Emanuela della reception, Manuela del bar, Alessandro della reception Spa, tutto lo Staff del "BISTROT" e del "GINCO" (sono comunque tutti fantastici; perché si impegnano al massimo al servizio degli ospiti). "Terme di Relilax Boutique Hotel & Spa" è un'eccellenza del settore, un vero e proprio "Angolo di Paradiso" all'interno del quale è possibile trovare puro relax e rigenerarsi. (Vedere fotografie allegate). SUPER CONSIGLIATO! GIUDIZIO POSITIVO! Voto 10/10 con lode!
