The location is perfect—close to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, train stations, and tons of restaurants, shops, and markets. The hotel staff are great and very helpful with local tips, travel directions, and loaning out adapters for plugging in electronics. I would stay here again. "

"This hotel is in a convenient location to walk to most of the major tourist spots in downtown Rome. Also close to higher end shopping, lots of restaurants. Metro stations are a bit of walk away, but doable. We had a room with a king sized bed and recently remodeled bathroom, very nice. Hotel staff were very helpful, ordering cabs, advising us on how much to expect to pay and giving us directions to desired spots we wished to reach. Nice hotel breakfast included daily. Very clean. Elevator, but...

"Excellence Suites was in a great location, close to all forms of public transportation, plenty of shopping and restaurant choices as well. The rooms and facilities were clean. The bedding was comfortable and we did not hear any noise from other rooms. The water pressure was not great depending on the time of day, but this would be the only complaint. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would stay there again. "
