"Continental breakfast with helpful host. Parking easy on street, walkable to main pizza. Quiet older part of of town. No English speakers, but very nice hosts and communication was easy"

"Wow what a beautiful and homey villa. Views from every direction. All rooms are lovely, and the kitchen is designed for a cook. Wonderful warm and delightful. Lots of spaces to talk, and a beautiful pool! We were a group of eight on a family trip, and everyone from age 26 to 86 had a wonderful time.Gian was always available, friendly, accommodating, and kind. He clearly loves hosting groups and sharing this special home."

"Hotel dei Duchi in Spoleto offers a wonderful, quiet stay with a great location for sightseeing that is very walkable to all the main historic attractions. The property is spotlessly clean and making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the town. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a fantastic selection of delicious options to start your morning. Best of all, everyone on the staff was remarkably friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our entire visit."

"The Hotel is Okay, definitely no worth of the name GRAND Hotel. There is nothing Grand about it. It is a decent place for a short stay. Very small rooms with Balcony. I will show you a picture or what they consider a balcony. Nice outside pool. The Staff was very nice. If you go to the Restaurant do not expect a traditional Italian food but tiny portions of something they have to explain in order for you to know what you are eating. No worth the money. Much better food just outside a 3-5 minutes walking."

"Das Haus ist eines der besten Häuser in der Gegend. Es gibt ein wunderschönes Grundstück mit Pool, die Zimmer und die Bäder sind gut eingerichtet. Auch die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, dass auch ohne Probleme für größere Gruppen gelocht werden kann. Wenn wir wieder in diese Gegend reisen, werden wir gerne wiederkommen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub!"
