Helpful staff, great breakfast, and beautiful views. They were particularly helpful in recommending local wineries and restaurants even on a moment’s notice. There were a few small things that could be improved—the fridge in our room never worked, for example, but we didn’t need it. I’d happily return in the future.

This place was amazing. Chirac, the owner on site made us feel as though we were her best friends. She arranged tours of a few local vineyards and we were shocked when we discovered that they were set up privately for just my wife and myself. The hotel itself was beautiful,clean and extremely comfortable. We have already told many of our friends that if they go to this area of Italy this is a must go to place to stay. Thank you so much for making our visit so wonderful.

The property itself was beautiful, built into a mountain. The room and property were very nice, a renovated villa property. They had a pool and spa in addition to two restaurants at the property. There was ample parking. The staff was very attentive and helpful, something we didnt receive at other properties. Overall, a phenomenal stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Uve Wine Bar in La Morra. The room was lovely and well-equipped with everything we needed--including our own private balcony where we could share a glass of wine at the end of the day. Even better, it overlooked a beautiful courtyard where food and wine were served, so in the evenings there was a lovely sense of quiet conviviality. In town visiting Barolo producers that we work with in the US. Il Grappolo was clean and comefortable and the view of Monforte from my room was amazing. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful.
