"PROPRIETARIO GENTILE E BUONO LOCALI"

"Cute little b&b, the owners were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with typical options. Location was quiet and rooms were spacious. "

"Friendly staff and we will come back for sure. "

"Amazing host, large rooms, great breakfast, nice property inside, but next to road outside. Close to everything, but 10 min drove away. Great value."

"We loved that the property was away from the town. After visiting the town and all the activity - it was nice to enjoy the space and the quiet. Our host's were exceptional, breakfast was more then adequate. We sat and had a glass of red wine in the evening buy it locally. Highly recommend."

"Absolutely wonderful! So much hospitality and helpfulness and an absolute gem of a property! Can only highly recommend!"

"The proprietor was very friendly and accommodating. Lovely room and excellent, ample breakfast. Shower is tight for a plus-sized person. Parking very easy, but the peculiarities of house numbering in Carrara make it difficult to find the B&B location, which is located not near #18 and behind another group of houses numbered 16. Still, I highly recommend this B&B!"

"Great internet, beautiful scenery, friendly and helpful host. "

"This stay was in the perfect location, and very clean and new! "

"This place was magical with a beautiful view. Authentic Italy experience. Loved the home cooked breakfast in the morning. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!"

"Railway 74 was a great location in La Spezia. We were very close to the station, they had available luggage storage, staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean. Very great experience and would highly recommend if you’re visiting La Spezia and Cinque Terre villages."

"Lory and Max are warm and wonderful hosts. They helped us to book a dinner with a lovely view our arrival night; they drove us to and from the train station to avoid having to find parking on our Cinque Terra day trip; and they loaded us up with extra homemade goodies and water for our travel. The location is tucked away and quiet but not too far from town. It made for an easy and peaceful stay when visiting the coast. The air-conditioning was cool and effective, and they even have a little...

"Ilaria and her sister are great hosts and it was wonderful to sit in the garden for breakfast. Would definitely book this again."

"Delicious breakfast prepared by the most friendly host."

"If you want to feel in a truly Italian environment, enjoy the peace at this lovely property. The owner is a beautiful and kind lady who will make sure you feel at home while away. "
