"We had a very comfortable stay, check in was quick and our room was ready early which was great as we were meeting the wedding party for lunch so we had a quick change. The view was perfect looking over the lake and beautiful mountains. The room was ornate, elegant and simple, however the bathroom did need a refurb with its dated flowery decor. Our room was cleaned every day, a good range of breakfast. The hotel was quiet and calm inside but in the centre of the hustle and bustle opposite the pizzeria and ice cream parlour, two minute walk to the ferry terminal. We had a wonderful stay I would highly recommend for a comfortable stay. "

"What a beautiful place to visit. Our room had a balcony overlooking the lake. Staff are very friendly. It would be nice to have better pillows. Small issue. We had the best time!"

The views of the lake and mountains are spectacular and the hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable with many quaint sitting areas inside and on the beautiful terraces. Guests can use the spa facilities and it is definitely worth it to find time to use them. Food is great and the staff is so very kind and helpful. Great customer service all around."
