The restoration has been mostly conservative, re-proposing the original details, from the furniture to the color of the lime paint, beautiful in its changing colors depending on the daylight, the doors and windows have been rebuilt following the original design, with special attention to insulation so as not to waste energy and pollute as little as possible.

Excellent apartment in a wonderful area

It was very easy to get into the property manager met us at the unit and gave us all the information needed and her personal number for any future questions. The flat was beautiful and exactly how it was described and looked exactly like the photos. The kitchen was well appointed and the bathrooms (yes2!) we’re spacious. The bedrooms were beautiful beds comfortable and nice and dark when the shutters were closed. We loved our short but happy stay in this beautiful flat
