Backyard playground & 1 mile to the beach

1 mile to the beach and 3 to Cannery Row. Enjoy your Monterey Peninsula home with a backyard playground for the little ones. The Monterey Bay Aquarium, Point Lobos, Laguna Seca Raceway, Pebble Beach, and Carmel are just a few of the area activities to enjoy. Eat out at one of our area's great restaurants or stay in with a home-cooked meal. With a large dining table and additional seating for up to eight, family style dining is a joy. Enjoy comfortable beds in your home away from home.

The home was fully renovated in 2021 with a new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, and windows. Kids will love the enclosed playground with a playhouse, climbing dome, and 3 slides. In addition to the playground, families have found the paved area in the enclosed backyard a safe space for little ones to ride scooters, do chalk art, and play hopscotch, among other fun activities. Enjoy outdoor dining or a cozy family movie night. A fully stocked kitchen and spacious bunk room add comfort and convenience to your stay.

Del Rey Oaks is a tiny and quiet residential town just on the edge of Monterey. We’re so close that we share a zip code with Monterey.

Right on the edge of Monterey, you’ll be just a few minutes drive from all of the activities in the area. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway and for a small car in the garage.

Two eBikes on the property and available for rent for an additional fee. Great for riding the Monterey Bay Coastal Recreational Trail.

Kid friendly
It was a georgeous weekend in Monterey! We took the kids to the Aquarium, enjoyed the beach, walked through the Butterfly habitat all without jackets! The home was clean and well appointed. The kids loved the playground in the back yard, and the toys in the closet. The home is centrally located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. Would definitely return!
