"Hidden gem. Clean, safe, somewhat of an enclave for busy area. Denny's right across the street. Fair grounds very close. General larger community is older but the hotel itself if cute, clean, casitas, safe and excellent for price."

"Our room needed firther cleaning, there was trash next to the coffee maker and the hair dryer was full of finger prints. The room did not have any bottle water and when I asked the front desk they asked me if I was sure of there was not any in the room. There were other guests in front of me that asked for water becuase their room didn't have any and fhey were provoded with the water without hesitation. The quality of the complimentary drinks was horrible and when I bought two drinks the quality was not any better. In addition the bartender told other guests they got two complimentary drinks sonce it was happy hour but they charged me for my drinks. The breakfast was average. We have been coming here for years and after this I an inclined to find another hotel in the area. "

"Do not recommend staying here. Please pay a little more to stay somewhere else. The room was dirty. The floors were not mopped, there was food stains on the floor. We booked a non-smoking room and the room smelled like smoke even the blankets had cigarette holes. When I told staff that our room smelled like smoke, the guy at the front desk said, “what do you want me to do about it?” no apology whatsoever. There was spiderwebs in the bathroom and a big ugly spider by the bathroom window. The walls had holes in them and unpainted patches. Also, the smoke alarm was removed. I mean, do they really not have money to fix these things? I doubt it. I should have paid attention to the other review saying these things, but I decided to book anyways because it was affordable. I regretted it instantly. I should have spent a little more and stayed out of better hotel. I was disgusted to even use their towels or pillows because if they don’t mop their floors, I wonder what else they don’t clean."

"Great location, within walking distance to pier with a great restaurant! Also close to coffee shops, bakery and other restaurants. I would definitely stay again! Very clean and friendly staff"

"We stayed for two days as a family of three. The room was very large, and the bed was very comfortable. They had a microwave and a fridge. Everything was good for us. The only thing that should be improved is the breakfast and the breakfast lounge. We have stayed in different Best Western hotels, and they had more options such as hash browns, scrambled eggs, etc."
